So, we need to have a conversation about the Belfry website. I guess I have a few questions --

1. What do we want to do with the site? Who does it speak to?
2. What kinds of content do we produce?
3. How are we going to organize?

I think the first two questions are of primary importance. What content do we naturally create. A website should follow the "doings" of a group and be a natural place to put the output. So I guess the question comes back to fundamentally, what do we do??

Second then, follows, how do we bring others into what we do.

The third, is just the after thought, how to we bring the website into what we do...
